How to add an HTML signature to Gmail

1. Build your signature in the generator and click Copy signature.
2. Gmail → ⚙ Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
3. Paste, choose defaults, then click Save Changes at the bottom.

Gmail signature tips

• Host your images. Gmail strips embedded (data URI) images; use a public https URL.
• Keep it under Gmail's ~10,000 character limit — our templates are a fraction of that.
• Use a 2x-resolution logo displayed at 80–90px for crisp retina display.
