1. Agreement

By using Inkfoot (the website, generator and any license) you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

2. The service

Inkfoot is a browser-based tool that generates HTML email signatures. It runs in your browser; we don't host your signature or send email on your behalf.

3. Free plan

You may use the free templates for personal or commercial purposes at no cost. Free signatures include a small “Made with Inkfoot” link, which you agree not to remove without a paid license.

4. Paid licenses

5. Refunds — 14 days

If you're not happy, email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Refunded licenses are deactivated. After 14 days purchases are non-refundable except where required by law. EU/UK consumers: [confirm statutory withdrawal-right wording; digital content delivered immediately with your consent may waive the 14-day withdrawal right, but our voluntary 14-day refund still applies].

6. Your content and responsibilities

You're responsible for the information, images and links you put in your signature, including having the right to use any logo or photo, and for complying with your employer's email policies and laws on professional or regulated disclosures (e.g. real-estate license numbers).

7. Acceptable use

Don't use Inkfoot to impersonate others, for phishing or spam, or to attack or overload the license server.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Inkfoot site, code and template designs. Signatures you generate are yours to use in your email; you may not redistribute the templates themselves as a product.

9. Availability and compatibility

Email clients change how they render HTML. We aim for broad compatibility with Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail but can't guarantee identical appearance everywhere. We may modify or discontinue the service; if we discontinue it, signatures you've already generated keep working because they're standard HTML in your email client.

10. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [STATE, e.g. Arizona], USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise. [Consider dispute-resolution clause.]

13. Affiliate links and ads

Some recommendation links on Inkfoot are affiliate links: if you buy through them we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. This does not affect which tools we recommend, and we never sell your data to these companies. [If ads are enabled:] free pages may show ads served by Google; see the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change. Continued use means acceptance. Changes won't reduce what a license you already bought includes.
